Hello, I’m Dr. Sarah Kyle

I’m passionate about helping you grow and find fulfillment.

I chose this profession because my own life-changing experience as a client is, by far the best investment of time and money I have ever made. The therapeutic setting I find most helpful is one that is challenging, non-threatening, and non-judgmental. It is a place where you will begin to identify your strengths and face the obstacles preventing you from getting where you want to go. I will offer you a fresh viewpoint, bringing clarity to issues and situations that may have previously seemed insurmountable.

If you’re looking to work with someone who merely smiles and nods, I’m probably not the best fit. My approach is interactive, and I offer practical applications that will invite you to change your thoughts, behaviors, communication, and relationships outside the time we’re together. You will experience tangible results and visible growth within a short time after beginning our work together. If you take a risk to begin, positive change is inevitable!”
