Meet Dr. Sarah Kyle
I believe healthy relationships change everything. My work is helping people understand themselves more deeply, communicate more honestly, and build relationships that actually feel fulfilling.
I became a therapist because I know how transformative this work can be.
Years ago, I sat on the other side of the room as a client. That experience changed my life. It gave me clarity, challenged long-held patterns, and helped me build a life that felt more authentic. It remains one of the best investments I've ever made.
That's the kind of experience I want for my clients.
Therapy with me isn't about endlessly revisiting the past or simply having someone nod while you talk. It's an active, collaborative process. We'll identify what's keeping you stuck, make sense of the patterns that continue to show up, and build practical tools you can use long after our sessions end.
My clients often tell me that I notice things they've never considered before. Together, we'll connect the dots, challenge what's no longer serving you, and create meaningful change that extends into your relationships, your work, and your everyday life.
If you're willing to be honest, curious, and open to trying something different, remarkable change is possible.
Why clients choose to work with me
For more than 25 years, I've helped individuals and couples build stronger relationships, communicate more effectively, and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
Many of my clients are high achievers. They're professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, therapists, and couples who have accomplished a great deal but still find themselves feeling stuck in the relationships that matter most.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I'll ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns you may not see yourself, and offer practical strategies that help you create meaningful change between sessions, not just during them.
Alongside my private practice, I spent 14 years teaching graduate social work students at The University of Texas and have presented my work nationally and internationally. My academic training includes degrees in Psychology and Social Work from The University of Texas, along with doctoral training in Clinical Sexology.
More important than any credential, though, is the privilege of sitting with people during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. Helping them build stronger relationships is work I never take for granted.
